The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is a legal entity that administers financial compensation to individuals injured in accidents caused by negligent driving of a motor vehicle on South African roads.

If you sustain an injury during a road accident, for which you are not to blame, you can lodge a claim for compensation for the injuries incurred during the accident from the Road Accident Fund.

You can also claim loss of support if your spouse or parent passed away in a road accident and you were dependent on his / her financial support.
